Raider Replacer 2: (WIP)

- Adds 30 new soldiers to the Raider leveled list. (15 male, 15 female)
- Mid to low level gear. Think average goons to shoot at.
- Adds to my previously released Spec Ops Raider Replacer (36 soldiers). Doubling the vanilla Raider leveled list to 66 soldiers w unique gear and armor characteristics!
