Now, the reason why I'm telling you all this is because I wanted to let you know that there are official translations of my works, and that there are publishers who officially translate the works of Japanese doujin artists.

This is because many Japanese manga works are illegally translated by foreign scanlators and released on the Internet as pirated copies, and Japanese doujin in particular have little means to combat this situation.

There is also a group of "piracy advocates" in the world who claim that they are "doing the right thing by introducing Japanese artists to the world".

They attack irodoricomics and FAKKU, which publishes official translations of Japanese erotic manga, with baseless accusations that they are "terrible people who don't pay royalties to artists for their translations".

Many of these translators and publishers not only did not give Japanese doujin artists a fair contract, they had no intention of promoting their works to the world or protecting them from piracy.

And unfortunately, many of the erotic manga publishers in Japan are also not sincere to their authors.
