It’s been okay. Thanks for asking! Worse in the evenings I find so I’ve been focusing on having  really strong night time routines and even got good quality blue light blocking glasses. When I get really anxious I take some skullcap tincture a local herbalist makes and I like to eat a good amount of carbs on anxiety days. Mainly, staying off the news and not doom scrolling really helps me.
