But also in this AU, Dabi's in very very lowkey in touch with his family, mainly his mother, Rei Todoroki who he took away from his continuous abusive father Endeavor/ Enji Todoroki. Working for All for one (the rich psycho) has it's benefits being Rei's safety in exchange for doing some dirty work for him when needed.
Dabi's hunch recalling the man with grey hair that he saw in the market with Jiyuu 'sort of tingled his memory but didn't think any of it' but the timing was too soon [as in someone suddenly tries to want to bother Dabi's personal life right after their encounter]
He'll have to talk about it with the rest of the group tonight, the same meeting he invited Jiyuu too
now let's see if she gets jealous
