Really feels like they’re in a cold war right now, which means that they should be escalating and entering paranoia mode. Definitely none of this wandering off to have lunch at a cafe business.

2021-03-27 01:06:49 +0000 UTCThe thing is, it's only been a day. And they did prepare for war, hence why Paige was there. Problem is, they weren't expecting such a frontal assault after the more discreet ones before.

They could do a lot without calling it a war like putting up more gaurds at hq, calling back teams put up wards. But no they go with the " pretend it's not happening" route. Worst guild not leader ever

2021-03-26 08:08:25 +0000 UTCThe lack of interference in the internal politics of a nation probably isn't a great indicator of whether what amounts to international terrorism will be interfered with. One is much easier to justify action in than the other. Whose interests are being affected here? Who would those hypothetical parties rather do business with; Dreamers or Champions? What is their cost to intervene? The Champions seem to have called an aligned party or two, do the Dreamers have any contacts? Of course, another point of this is that the Champions supposedly don't want to declare war because it would draw some very bad attentions to them, but for all intents and purposes, they already have and everyone knows it. This interplay we have here currently just feels really weak and poorly justified. Arbitrary even.

2021-03-13 22:54:54 +0000 UTC> The possiblility of the Iron Champion Company playing off their assassins as 'fire' would elicit rolled eyes at best. That's true, but just because everyone knows that, say, Myanmar had been genociding its citizens when they said they were not, doesn't mean anyone has done anything about it. It's to save face.

2021-03-13 07:08:44 +0000 UTCThe possiblility of the Iron Champion Company playing off their assassins as 'fire' would elicit rolled eyes at best. Even those entirely unknowledgeable of the situation wouldn't buy it. It's not a defense and it looks stupid to bring it up. Other reasoning valid though. The Valiant Dreamers really are just incompetent, aren't they? They're almost as annoying as the Champions at this point.

2021-03-13 05:23:37 +0000 UTCThey have to declare it at the Adventurers Guild. Baris thinks they’re being drawn to declare war. He thinks the moment they do it’s a full out siege and assault.

2021-03-12 03:28:43 +0000 UTCThe Dreamers don't want to be the ones to declare war...so that the iron company can't attack them...but the iron champions have been brazenly attacking the valiant dreamers since they poisoned the guild ex leader. Is there some sort of over arching guild council they need to justify a "war" to? They're already at war, are they worried about getting some document notarized?

2021-03-10 02:29:25 +0000 UTCOuch, dark times are on the horizon. I have a feeling that the alchemist guy's personal business is going to come with a death count.

2021-03-09 22:23:33 +0000 UTC"{We’ll} close to the roads now, Salvos" - "We'll" should be "We're", I believe.
