Well I think he said that one summoning collar is only meant to transport one demon (and the legions all each had their own collar), but yeah, it was his fault. He dragged her down by her foot to get summoned with him and the collar breaking was the result, when he could have probably just gone down on his own and then immediately rejected the contract to come right back. I think?
