2021-03-31 21:23:56 +0000 UTC<3 It is not a weird compliment, and it is 100% intentional. One thing I have always disliked is stories brushing off consequences for actions. It is also the biggest source of controversy for Salvos haha. Example, Salvos going back to face Lucerna to save Haec changed the course of the story entirely, much to many people's dislike. And the company war arc too was indirectly caused by Salvos haha

2021-03-31 18:34:40 +0000 UTCThis will sound like a weird compliment, but one thing I like about this story is that Salvos causes legitimate problems for herself and her friends. In most other stories, a character who doesn't understand or care about standard social norms will be treated as being quirky, their antics doing little more than cause their allies to shake their heads in exasperation. If they do get into real trouble, it gets smoothed over quickly enough. Salvos starts up shit at the drop of a hat that has real repercussions and it feels more honest to her character and the story.
