Huh so is that how they evolve? Get characteristics from other beings? Makes sense because of this part "but with an upper body that was more akin to a Human or a Cyclops."

2022-01-23 18:35:38 +0000 UTCI just had a conversation with a colleague about how our company encourages everyone to take a solid two week vacation every year (in addition to whatever other vacation time) and how while I've taken many days off, I haven't taken a solid two weeks off in the four years I've been here. Do as I say and not as I do and take the two weeks.

Personally it wouldn't bother me to pay in full for Jan; you don't stop paying someone because they took vacation time at a job after all.
