Helena Warshade certainly does live up to her reputation. It's a shame more of humanity's elite leadership isn't more like her.

Even more so, I think that for Salvos this is an excelent explanation on the subject, actually I think that this is the best explanation that she has given on any subject in the story. It is quite appropriate for her character, as she not only is not good at explaining things, but also finds it anoying to explain things in detail (as detailed as she can).

It also explicitly states that she doesn’t feel like there’s anything to do rn. She’s giving a summary, not trying to persuade anyone into action
