2023-01-15 10:56:07 +0000 UTCMy guess on how the system works is that it empowers the users souls and gives them abilities based off of their actions / class. These abilities are kinda basic and can be improved upon, which somehow got forgotten though. Amelia found her own way to grow her soul while fighting the void, and Noele is just starting to learn how to use her soul for new combat abilities

In order to call on the void, you have to realize there is a threat unless he was playing the entire time. Again though, the chapter would end in a cliffy with him laughing or something. Nope, he saw an A rank adventurer and probably thought she got lucky and was now tired. People, even these guys seem to think that if you are as high as 5 levels above someone you have a good chance. Wait until she gets as strong as Amelia.

At the end the author suggested this one and the blurb actually tempted me. RR only went to chapter 40..... $10 later and chap 55, I want more. Thank you for the rare OP MC story that is good.

Letting your opponent monologue is for suckers and people strong enough to just tank everything without blinking.

Anyways, I’m thinking that this system and the power it gives you works great as a way of training yourself to understand techniques and skills and abilities one can pull off, as Noele appeared to get the hang of manipulating energies without the system’s help rather quickly. Imagine if everyone did what she did, people would be a lot stronger overall. I’m thinking maybe that’s how it used to be, but people grew complacent over time after that big war between gods or something ended. Oh, and this was a good chapter too.
