2023-02-09 02:14:12 +0000 UTCI love salvos as a series and think melasd has done an amazing job with the entire series, but I can't help feeling extremely disappointed and disheartened with this chapter, I feel there should have been the same type of dialogue or character revelations like with belzu's death; Haec at least actually expressing desire to help salvos and regnorex acquiescing to at least allow Haecto join her in a passionate reveal that he knew Haec was only truly loyal to her and that although they might be enemies now his loyalty to salvos reminds him of his own for all demon kind and that even if salvation will not be brought by him, should someone else be able to then, he would even sacrifice himself for that dream. Instead, the only impression I get is that one of strongest beings in the entire nexus and a literal god is an absolutely dunce who even when staring into the soul of another can't find something so obvious.
