A bunch of chapters ago didn’t Noele have a brain glitch when she started down a line of thought that ended at the System being fallible? She (or whoever it was) was totally interrupted and didn’t even remember what they had been thinking of. I think the system is more than it seems for sure and absolutely protects itself.

Not that she's necessarily wrong in her stance, but when she's giving advice to others, it's something she should keep in mind.

Like, the weird fixation on classes isn’t something that happened naturally as a result of growing complacent, but instead is something artificial by the system it does for its own goals?
