[Salvos] 555. The End of the World (Removed for KU)

(Removed for KU)

Comments

Do you, I got KU and will keep reading

Dap5

I’m a new follower, only found out about salvos a few days ago, but I love it so much I binge read the whole thing

Blake Fuller

I'm a new follower, too I guess. I started Patreon after hearing ur audiobooks and kindle Versions. I couldn't stop with the story :'D

Trytan

Yes, Salvos, specifically kept silent on the matter. But as was shown before, Gods tend to have identification that shows the full status.

Alexey Gladkich

Wait didn't salvos specifically not tell belphagor that the devil was her dad because of how the basilisk reacted?

Tragic Hysteria

Oh? Nice. Though my question as to whether the are going to be removed from Patreon still stand.

Sancturillore -- Élie Simard-Wallot

Sidestories have always been present in the books on Kindle.

Alexey Gladkich

Oh, and speaking of side-story and bonus chapters, are there any on KU that aren't among the side-story chapters currently available on patreon?

Sancturillore -- Élie Simard-Wallot

I have a question. What will happen to the side-story chapters? Will they stay on Patreon? Will they be added to KU?

Sancturillore -- Élie Simard-Wallot

Same. I started reading Salvos in mid-to-late January, so about 2 months ago.

I understood the ku part. I am familiar with their business rules. Was just curious what the stubbing term meant as I've never heard it, even from other authors who removed RR content for KU.

Allan Libby

Stubbing means removing a portion of the content off a work from a place hosting your work, usually for an exclusivity deal to another place hosting your work. From my understanding, some of Salvos will be removed from all other websites and moved/kept on KU. Exclusivity deals usually give significantly higher pay on average for authors in exchange for being only hosted by one site. For Salvos, this may mean Salvos is no longer free to read after a book gets published on KU, but while the latest book is in progress (like being released on patreon or 20 chapters behind on royalroad) I think we can still read the story. There are a number of other things (like the difference between a Webnovel and a light novel) that may also come into play depending on the rules. I know some publishers require the book being published to be significantly different than the original free hosted work, but am unaware of the specifics of how that works in relation to KU.

Ironwolf

Soo. A Salvos tier at last lmoa?

Ulbert

Yea... I am blissfully oblivious

David Oldfield

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does stubbing mean?

Allan Libby

So epic frfr

Melone

Only bad part about that announcement was I thought the chapter was going to be longer

Jimmy

I'd like to consider myself a new follower since I started reading Salvos 1-2 months ago! I don't mind at all, as long as I get to read a rad story I'll be happy!

Florian Brunner

Correct :)

MelasD

He'll have to remove the content under KU from RoyalRoad and similar websites. Also from Patreon too.

Alexey Gladkich

good chappie

Elaine

Why exactly is putting it on ku a bad thing?

Aaron Schwartz

Thanks for the chapter!

Kennyevilmonkey

damn it old man

CAPTAINCAEL

the next chapters will still be broadcast here?

Tibb)(

Great chapter by the way. I loved the corruption descriptions, and that Belphegor dialogue was just amazing, I'm surprised he just knew. Excited for more.

Azrie

Thanks for the chapter!

Wensber

Whatever the reasons may be for stubbing, I will continue to support this amazing story. Thank you for keeping Salvos non-KU for so long.
