The Bandits Hideout (Epic Master)

There is a place hidden in the middle of the forest, a place full of secrets and stolen treasures. Whether you enter it undercover, with the  approval of the head of the guild, or trying your luck by sneaking into this realm full of murderous con artists, you must be attentive to all your senses, death lurks from every corner in this hive of proficient  assassins.

Hello everyone!
On this occasion, I share with you a place where very few can feel the warmth of home. It can be the scenario for a negotiation that went really wrong, the place that your adventurers found by mistake, or where they have to go to free someone who has been kidnapped.
Did I mention that it has great treasures? They say; "Ladrón que le roba a ladrón tiene cien años de perdón". A thief who steals from a thief has a hundred years of forgiveness.

I'm still working on a way to make map-packs work with DD Editor. I also noticed that Google Drive is messing up my folders in the process of doing the compression with the zip files when we try to download them. Maybe for now, it is better that I compress the files and not entrust this task to Google Drive, to see if at least the ddstory is not damaged in the download. The instructions remain the same but we must unzip the ddstory file before opening it from Dynamic Dungeons Editor.
I'll keep working on this and keep you posted.

Thank you for your support and Happy Holidays!!!

Hi Josh, Sorry to hear that you are having a hard time using the new version of Dynamic Dungeons (Steam). I totally understand you, believe me when I tell you that I feel just as frustrated. I did not make the software, but I am trying to make it work with my maps for all of you. I'm sure it's a folder hierarchy problem. The way I have my folders organized is different from each one of you, so when the DD file that YOU open searches for the animated maps, it does not find them. That is why in the instructions that I included I asked you to install the folder of each "Story" in: "C: \ Program Files \ Epic Quest Maps \ Stories" in order to have the same hierarchy of folders and see if the program can find the Maps files (mp4). I have done multiple tests, downloading from the Patreon link to two different laptops, (my wife's and my son's), which are unrelated to my working station PC, and I have not had any problems. This is why I have asked in previous uploads for feedback, either from those who managed to run the map-packs or from those who are having problems. I did not receive any comments so I thought the problem was solved. I genuinely want to make this work, and I'm going to keep trying until I get there. Are you willing to help me with the troubleshooting to see if we can find a definitive solution to this? I'll write you via DM if you don't mind. Thanks for your message, I'll talk to you soon.

How you get your maps work on the DD software at all is baffling to me. When I can convince it to load the ddstory file, I get a giant ugly pink and black checkerboard pattern and error messages anytime I click on any mp4. So now I have to find a good way to use your maps elsewhere or terminate my subscription. The maps are great, the software they're intended for is absolute garbage. Here's hoping I can find a practical way to get them to my player screen without just putting them on loop with windows media player :(

Josh
