The universe, vast and teeming with the spectacles of creation and the quiet sighs of destruction, harbors a little-known secret - even that which is eternal has an expiration date. A universe where gods are as real as the stars that freckle the night sky and yet as transient as the dreams birthed in the sleep of children. They live, they laugh, they rage, and they love, embodying the essence of life in all its chaotic beauty. But even these gods, who weave galaxies into their cosmic tapestry, who breathe life into the sterile void of space, aren't spared the universal decree – everything that begins, ends.

When gods meet their end, they leave behind an echo of their divinity - extraordinary fragments of their being known as the Belongings. These artifacts, imbued with divine essence, are as elusive as the gods themselves, and as enigmatic as the secrets of the cosmos. In the hands of a mortal, a Belonging is a remnant of a untold story, a tale of creation and destruction, love and hate, and the cycle of life and death. It carries the potential to reshape destiny, to tug at the threads of the universal tapestry. As the gods fade and their Belongings fall into mortal hands, the curtain lifts on an epic tale, a story of the end of immortality and the dawn of a new epoch.

Ruins of the Astral Gate

A towering castle ruin, ethereal and ancient, floats amidst the vast expanse of the Astral Sea. Its once grand edifice is now partially crumbled, revealing interior spaces bathed in the shimmering glow of the Astral Sea. The ruins form a semi-circle around an enormous, swirling portal. Arcane glyphs, partially eroded by time, encircle the portal, their soft glow pulsating rhythmically. The castle's remaining towers are tall, reaching upwards towards infinity, and the central keep still stands defiantly, albeit damaged. The spelljammer ship can navigate through the vast portal, although the ruins' structures and debris present a challenging course.

The Autognomes Outpost

A sleek, domed structure, nestled into a small asteroid, shines with a dull metallic hue. The dome has a single entrance, around which lie the broken remains of three small, mechanical beings - Autognomes. The interior is a blend of organic and mechanical components, pulsating with a faintly glowing energy. Five more demolished Autognomes are scattered within, surrounding the lifeless body of a wizard. Three operational Autognomes remain, buzzing around the interior, maintaining the base's systems.

The Astral Thronehold

This asteroid, marked by its jagged and uneven surface, stands as the final destination - The Astral Thronehold. The landing area, a relatively flat expanse, allows for a secure docking of the ship. Beyond it lies a rocky field, strewn with boulders and dust, leading to a decrepit shipwreck half-buried in the asteroid's surface. Further ahead, the colossal figure of a dead god emerges from the ground, only the torso and a gigantic sword impaling the chest visible above the asteroid's surface. At the farthest end of the asteroid, the crowning glory - The Celestial Throne, glowing with a resplendent white aura, radiates an almost tangible wave of power.
