Luckbard Productions Sweepstakes Official Rules and Terms

1. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada. Participants must have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified. (19 years old in Canada, 18 in the U.S.) Employees of Luckbard Productions and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

• Void where prohibited by law or where local laws restrict sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Period

• The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am PST November 11th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm PST December 1st 2024. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must like and comment on the sweepstakes announcement Instagram post, and follow for free on Patreon.com/Deanlamb.

• One entry per person.

• By entering, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.

4. Prize

• Prize Description: The winner will receive one signed DL8 Kiesel Dean Lamb Signature 8 string guitar, valued at $2300 USD.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Luckbard Productions.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the winner. Luckbard Productions will pay for shipping of the guitar.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place within 7 days after the sweepstakes period ends.

• The winner will be notified by the email provided on Patreon. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be chosen.

• Luckbard Productions is not responsible for any delays in email notifications or technical failures that may prevent winner notification.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• Participants' information will be used solely for the administration of this sweepstakes and as specified below.

• Entrants will receive free-tier Patreon emails and notifications from Luckbard Productions as a result of entering. Personal information will not be shared, except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.

7. General Conditions

• Luckbard Productions reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

• In the event that the sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, fraud, or any other reason beyond Luckbard Productions’s control, Luckbard Productions reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes.

8. Disclaimers

• This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmlessLuckbard Productions, Instagram, Meta, and each of their affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability or injury resulting from participation or prize use.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Luckbard Productions is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical errors, or unauthorized tampering.

• By entering, participants agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resorting to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in British Columbia, Canada.

10. Agreement to Rules

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Luckbard Productions, which are final and binding in all respects.
