I have had recurring issues with the Patreon app on my apple devices, but turning the device off and on again, or deleting the app and reinstalling it, or both typically fixes the issue. If you are still experiencing issues, I’d suggest you reach out to Patreon support staff themselves, they would be far more knowledgable and hopefully more helpful!

K I have android so hopefully someone with an iphone can help. Sometimes updates and what not cause problems. Maybe just a simple restart would help? Good luck, hope you can resolve it
