Once she feels something udner her sneakers she looks down and sees him but only sees a doll man and not a real person. Grabbing him, she enjoys the squishy feel and uses him as a stress doll. Not letting him breathe or speak by her strong grip, he has no way of letting her know that he is a real person and not just a doll to play with carelessly. Megan Cruz keeps him and takes him with her as she leaves the room.
