Tier 4 Change

Tier 4: Commander$25 per month · Commanders have the most influence over artwork direction without actually commissioning me.
‣ All lower rewards.
‣ Any videos I produce (instructional and progress)!
‣ Any PSD files that I share of each picture!
‣ One FREE commission (up to 2 characters) after your first 3 months of paid tier 4 support.
NOTE: As of 4/30/2018 all of my current tier 4 patrons are also eligible for this reward without a waiting period.
‣ Your vote for artwork counts as 4 Tier 2 votes!

Don't be sorry to ask questions, I'm glad if I can clear up any confusion. Before I say anything else let me state that if at any time anyone feels that they are entitled to something that I have failed to deliver just talk to me about it and I will do my best to make you happy when I have the capabilities of doing so. Now as for the tier 4 free commission reward, it's for a single picture, one time. I originally added the (former) monthly sketch idea when several people asked me to add a tier 4 and I didn't know what to do for a reward. However, in my commission form's Terms of Service it has always stated that the sketch would be of a single female character, posed how you want and all other picture elements were up to me. The picture requests were always far more complicated then that however and instead of disappointing anyone I tried my best to fulfill the requests. Since most (all) of those pictures were far more demanding than a single character sketch I hope very much that I went beyond what was expected of me. This is my hope. PSD file "can" include paid commission artwork since I do still retain all rights, HOWEVER, if a client tells me that they would prefer to share the PSD only between me and them it's highly unlikely that anyone else will ever see that PSD. If this is what you want please state it before I start the commission and we should be fine. On the subject of lost rewards, again if anyone feels that they are entitled to something I didn't give them then I will do my best (when capable) of filling those demands. I would like to take this opportunity though to state that my Patreon (as with most artists) isn't intended to be a place for people to purchase art but instead it's actually intended to be a place where people can show their support for their favorite artists so that those artists can continue to produce what the patrons like to see. The "rewards" are an artist's way to individually thank their supporters. It's like when a telethon gives out free tee-shirts to the first 100 people that pledge $1000 to their cause. Yes, of course I want to make sure that I have thanked every one of you, in many ways I don't feel that I am worth what you give to me so I try hard to go beyond what is expected of me. For the PSD files does that include psd of commissions you take from outside sources but post here? Also (and sorry to be a bastard about this) will you under your current circumstances be able to honor prior rewards that were lost due to the unfortunate events of recent times and if not what will the alternatives be?
