Rugboy's throat is some kind of stress toy for Mistress of Mararude applying pressure onto his throat than release and applying again. Maybe the sound of rugboy making for air is a comfort. This was an oldie and my first video with Mistress of Mararude and she was mean from day 1. You can tell on how she had her sneaker on my throat. When she cross those legs you can feel that extra weight on your throat.
