Amazon women like her needs a comfy rug for her to stand on while she brushes her teeth and fix her hair. She looks down and smiles at her rug knowing that he is helpless under her. Amber doesn't care how long she is standing on him or where she is stepping including the groin. After all he is a bath rug to her, why would she pay too much attention to a house hold item. You can see from his face that he is in pain and that his ribs are bending down and is in the brink of breaking.
