Timelapsed capture (with a few minutes missing here and there due to piecing the video from various sources) of this painting from last August.
I actually didn't realize I have this on capture when I painted it, since it was mostly done in weird waves (and then one final tableflip and a few hours on a stream I honestly don't remember all that well); so I apologize for the camera being suddenly wonky in the latter part.
I have this weird... thing recently (as in, recent 3-ish years) where I have to paint everything twice. Once to get an idea down, second time to actually start using my brain and use proper anatomy, structure, light and everything inbetween, usually even spending just a fracture of the time I needed for the original. I can usually tell when the first image's bad, but I can't put my finger on it, until I just suddenly snap and start mostly over.
But then again, me doing digital art, there's never too late to restart things.
But then again again, I could do without the colossal waste of time this "method" creates...
