Just when Sonic was about to win the EX World Grand Prix, a shameless sabotage act from the Babylon Rogues cost him the competition. Disgruntled about his loss, Sonic investigates the case. While interrogating the Rogue's mechanic Wave the Swallow, the blue hedgehog sees his chance to turn the tables on the antagonistic avians.
