About the Live Composing Screencasts...
Added 2021-01-07 11:50:39 +0000 UTCThe positive comments about my live composing screencast from Monday are overwhelming and I'm really happy that this seems to resonate with many of you guys so thanks so much for the wonderful feedback, I really appreciate that.
I got many suggestions on what I could improve on them of which I find all very constructive and will incoporate them in the future. By now I have progressed quite a bit already with the piece and recorded alot of footage already so don't expect these changes to take effect already with the next part.
Here are the suggestions I got:
1. Show a Midi Keyboard on screen for better visualisation of chords etc.
2. Show the keystrokes/keycommands I use while working in Dorico
3. Show a chord track
While number 3 is easy to implement, I did some research on the first two without really finding something that seems to be "the standard" to use so if any of you guys know any software for Windows that can do that, please feel free to share.
