What else should be added into this megapack?

All of you have received the Early-Access-Version for my FINAL-Version.
I do have some ideas in my head which I'm planning to add for FM21 or FM22.
My main focus for the next half year will be to improve my -excel-database, actualize my data and figure out what else can be done to improve the realism in Football Manager.
I would love to hear what YOU think that could be added to increase the realism in Football Manager.
There are some of the things I am currently thinking of, but feel free to write in the comments your own Ideas or send me a PM!

With the newest Update there were Youth-Academies added in cooperation with DaveTheEditors Megapack. There are also new Nations Agreements added as well as adjusted citizenship :) I haven't done Language-adjustments yet, but it's definetly "not yet".
