Sunday Update 8/18

Another week in the books. Veronika was spending some time in Newfoundland doing mental cleansing and whale watching. What’s the difference between those two things one might ask…? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. But after a gracious return there was even more chilling time. A real self care break kinda week. And Kyle was busy starring in a short film whilst she was away. And saw some live comedy cause we do dat typa stuff.
There’s this new thing here in NYC (I believe we’ve mentioned it before in an episode) called ‘Othership’ that describes itself as an “immersive sauna”. We went absolutely crazy in that this weekend. A sauna that’s hot as can be followed by a cold plunge that is truly about as cold as you can get water without freezing it. Repeat that about 3-4 times. Folks… what an experience. Is it a cult? Honestly maybe and we’re kinda here for it. Followed that up today with some mani pedi action. Starting the week absolutely glowing.
And for those that care… Kyle’s bowling team is in 1st place in the league. Big match tomorrow. Wish him luck.
