How sweet of you Gael! You do SO much for us, and still you do more! This does really make me happy though. My classes for college started this week, and I'm super stressed about them because I have so much reading to do already. One of them is also an 8 week course, so I'm going to have so much work to do for it. Then the others are going to ramp up in work the further along we get in them, and my head space is just exploding! Small things like this really help me, cause it allows me to step out of my head space to calm down, evaluate, and stop spiraling into bad thoughts. Long story short: Thanks Gael! 😅

I seriously needed to hear this today, as I was debating whether to go to work today. After reading this and doing a quick mental health check-in, I've decided to take the day off, and now I'm off to the gym.
