I've been having nightmares every night, and wake up with anxiety attacks so extreme i curl up into a ball for an hour. There was also another time when i was like this and your audios literally pulled me through, so here i am again. I'm having better dreams and no morning anxiety when i fall asleep to your voice. Killer job with the sound engineering! Crackling fire, heartbeat, breathing, back rub, waves, talking and the occasional shorebird twittering (I think it’s safe to say gulls do little to help calm and relaxation, no?). All came through nicely while words didn’t get lost

Loving comfort & the visualization of the waves, beautiful Irish words in one ear telling me to let go and your heartbeat in the other...You’re right - I’m happy whether I can sleep or not because the coziness is so nice but I did just doze off for 10 minutes on accident in bed. 😴 it’s like being in a cozy little cocoon of safety. You nailed it. I love this so very much already & I’m thankful for the calmness it will bring me in the nights to come.

Your words, your tone, your heart beat, the ocean waves and the back rubbing sound effect was the perfect recipe for the night nights. I don’t know that I’ll ever make it through the full hour. I can’t wrap my head around the amount of work it takes to produce audios like these but this was a solid, sleepy time hit. Excellent work as always my good man. 👍
