Aww when you call her Angel 🥺 Really this is how we should talk to ourselves when accidents happen. One time a bunny ran out in front of my car, I was driving the speed limit in a residential area, cars were coming the other way, there was nothing I could do. I cried all day long and felt like shit. As much as I told myself it wasn’t my fault it’s nice to hear someone else say it.

I once ran over a chihuahua, and it was someone’s pet 😔

The was very much needed. Since being in quarantine, we started getting out maybe once a week to just take a ride in the car to relieve the cabin fever. On Halloween night, we decided to ride around downtown to see people in their costumes and everything went smoothly until we were almost home on a dark back road with a deep curve and two deers crashed into the side of our SUV. We were fine but...it was my first deer accident and the impact just kept playing over and over in my mind. We were able to drive the car home but, when we got out, something inside me just broke and I started sobbing really hard and couldn't stop. I was hysterical. It took some time but, I was finally able to fall asleep again and not dream of that incident. I'll be listening to this audio at least once a week until I'm completely over it. Thank you so so much.

Yup, can confirm. A lot of the time the car comes off worse than the roo, but it still makes you feel like shit. You have no way of avoiding but you still feel bad

Tears are just words the heart can’t express...just so beautiful ....this is such a powerful audio G and can be used for many circumstances...It makes me think of a major mistake I did at work 11 years ago not life threatening at all but extremely stressful...I was in charge of ordering wedding dresses for brides for their big day and I mucked up the design number and the wrong dress came...the bosses managed to fix the issue after a lot of making me feel terrible with emotional “punishment” for lack of a better word ...and me loosing sleep and tears for the bride...time has gone by but that incident still pops up in my mind even 11 years later it really made me doubt my ability to do anything right....this audio does make me look at things differently...I thank you so much sweetheart you are such a rare treasure. 🍀🍀🍀🍀❤️🇦🇺❤️🍀🍀🍀🍀 Edit* omg just realised it’s actually 11 years today ...this audio was definitely meant to be” ❤️

Deer are EVERYWHERE here in Colorado.. especially up in the mountains on back roads with no street lights. Leaving at 4am for work one morning .. my friend driving and not going very fast at all.. a young buck darted out in front of us and we hit it hard .. but what I will never forget.. is as he came up and over the hood of my friends vehicle.. that buck and I locked eyes .. and it was all in slow motion😔 Even remembering it now .. it still plays in slow motion🥺and it probably always will. It tormented me for months afterwards because sadly it didn’t survive😒 I still cannot express in words everything I felt in that moment. I was told to “Get over it” and that it was “just an animal”🙄 😠.. So.. I Thank You for this♥️💯 Your voice was so INCREDIBLY soothing and your words .. BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTING.. I listened to this on the way to work. How sweet and kind this is, and so wonderful that this was asked for, and here it is. Driving in Australia we have a lot of kangaroos, even in the suburbs (I live near a reserve so at night there are kangaroos on my front lawn), so at least once in a life time this is going to happen. I now have the right words to console a friend if they ever go through this, and I thank you so much for that 🥰

This is so very sweet. I remember running over a squirrel and not the whole squirrel just its head. It was crossing one way and then bounded back, dived under my tire. The pop and crunch stayed with me for a while it was like I could feel it in my bones when it happened and days and days after, it was intrusive. I can't and don't even want to imagine the trauma of anything bigger. 💛

It’s a very thoughtful and difficult topic to address, for sure. Perhaps you can add a trigger warning for people who’ve been involved in these sorts of situations (either as a driver or pet owner)?

That was absolutely, breathtakingly perfect. Given what inspired it and having unfortunately been there myself several times (I grew up driving on narrow, winding country roads, and drove them many times in the dark or in bad conditions near bushland ☹☹) it's one of those things that stays with you past the incident and into the days and weeks following. I kinda wish I'd had someone as compassionate and wise as G taking care of me and telling me this when it happened to me. My dad, who taught me to drive those roads always said not to swerve. He'd seen bad situations become far worse because of it. Bless him, I'm sure he had his own incidents and felt AWFUL afterward, he just didn't know how to bring out that compassion for the animal when I guess all he could think about was his daughter narrowly avoiding an accident herself.

Don't have the capacity to listen to this at the moment, but to everyone who has been involved in an accident- Thank yourself for letting it bother you. Thank yourself for having feelings for everyone. I ONLY say this as I have known people who caused fatalities by drunk driving, ran back to their home and hid their car. Or multiple driving drunk. I understand those in shock. These people deliberately were warned and then, when that happened they worried only about themselves. The Law has more mercy for an accident where the person comes forward first, than systematically knowing they are hiding. Anyway,I don't want any Lovely to live in guilt or shame. We have enough of that. Always remember, there is a big difference in an accident and others who do not care. Okay, out of that energy. BTW, of course the Law caught them. For clarity. I have a similar experience of thinking I hit a puppy while driving one morning to work. I saw it a few days later still running around the same place, so that was a relief, but I wish I had this audio to ease my mind back then 😅 Now when I hit other cars, it's another story 😏 😂
