This is really sweet and beautiful, and I appreciate the meditative aspect of it. It reminds me of a meditation, where you send love to the part of you that needs healing - like if you’re sick. So, I’d “send love” to my immune cells when I had the flu for example. It helps with the pain to say: thank you, uterus, for being there for me, for being healthy so one day you can carry a baby. And you realize how amazing your body is, and what it’s capable of - like, seriously - on a biological level it’s incredible. Tummy rubs and kisses are nice, but would you dare to go lower Gael?? 😂 I’d love you forever if you just brought me a hot water bottle and gave me a lower back rub. And ice cream. ❤️
