Bawling my eyes out. This hit me, didn’t think it would. Last year I lost 3 loved ones. This year I lost 2- both family members.. most recently one was my grandma. Her passing has hit me in the gut every single day, especially the events surrounding her death. She is “with” me, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt (just like most of our loved ones are who have passed on)…. Not the same though. 😢 And there’s other things, as I’m typing into the first few hours of the last day of 2021… other things in my life that didn’t work out, and imagining being held by an amazing man inside and out.. I somehow actually felt all of it. I wish the audio was longer 🥲 thank God for replay though. Thanks Gael- I appreciate you and respect all you do for us Lovelies.

And, I didn’t want to think of other people, since you’re my imaginary boyfriend 😂 So, I just closed my eyes and all was well….feels so good to replace fear and anxiety with love and calm ❤️

When I first discovered your channel back in 2018 this type of audios (and the sleep audios as well) were both the most fascinating thing ever because it actually works! Helps me relax and calm my racing mind down thank you gael so much❤️❤️❤️❤️

First, let me just say..The way you say "darling", my heart melts into a puddle and goes into a happy place ❤️🥰 Physically & mentally I'm in a place where exchausted is the word that comes into mind. The acupuncture mat really does help, but these last few months although full of happy moments has also taken its toll. This was exactly what I needed, to feel being held tight ❤️

This was perfect to listen to while I laid on the acupuncture mat 🥰 (which helps with my sleep and migraines these days, so I also sent Cam one! Thank you for the reco!)
