Semi-Perfect Cell Redesign
Added 2022-09-11 14:01:01 +0000 UTCA Redesign of Cell's second form! I wanted to stick with the Imperfect's bug motif, but keep the canon design's BULK. As with the last one, I included a Cell Max color version.

So will Perfect Cell not have his handsome human esque face or will it be something different or look more like Meruem's face?
