The UK today has been stuck into a vortex of bleakness, including Brexit, the threat of authoritarian regimes, and a perverted form of progressivism. The major mishap is that Britons have yet to identify a leader, whether from the government or opposition, who possesses the necessary courage, vision, and wisdom to navigate through history's challenges and to save the country from disaster, as did Churchill. One takeaway from this interview is that Taiwan finds itself in a similar situation.
