He also told me, with unbearably high inflation, coffee(US$4) and croissant($3.4) prices are as high as London, but average local salary is only US$270/month, young people mostly had left the country or got addicted to drugs, because “you only need 20 cents to get high on any kind of drugs”…… 😔
