The CCP has essentially implemented a system reminiscent of the PreCrime program portrayed in the film "Minority Report" in Xinjiang, where a futuristic law enforcement initiative relies on the use of psychics known as "Precogs" to predict and prevent crimes before they occur. In Xinjiang, every individual is treated as training data, feeding biometrics and social interactions into its unique scoring system. This system then uses analytics and extensive surveillance of the populace to predict behavior patterns deemed threatening to national security by authorities, and intervenes in "party-defined crimes" before they’re actually committed. Like the PreCrime program, the primary objective of a ruthless regime is to prevent perceived threats through preemptive measures. Individuals are labeled as "high risk" based on factors such as their religious beliefs, social ties, and online activities, leading to preemptive actions against them. Not only does the CCP violate human rights and lead to the unjust targeting of specific ethnic or religious groups, but it ramps up barbarism and sadism to new heights by pushing the boundaries of its technology.
