【國際關係深度評】 如果下次連環爆炸的是 Tesla......
Added 2024-09-21 02:01:01 +0000 UTC以色列特工成功破解黎巴嫩真主黨的通訊系統，引發數千部 call 機、對講機連環爆炸，連對外界連結非常有限的低端通訊科技也能入手，相信以摩薩德的能力，進入敵方的智能電話、電腦系統，破解絕大多數的密碼，更是易如反掌。
月前哈瑪斯領袖哈尼亞據報就是因為在伊朗一時不慎，使用了智能電話的 sim 卡，就在伊朗首都貴賓室被以色列的遙控炸彈炸死。以色列特工不斷宣傳「世界上沒有我們到不了的角落」，目前也是實情。
如果以色列選擇向高科技的對手埋手，有能力同時引爆數千部手提電話，又會產生甚麼效果？如果引爆的是其他智能科技，例如電動車，又會如何？一部 Tesla 如果爆炸，那會比一枚普通炸彈被引爆威力更強大，如果同時引爆幾千部 Tesla，豈不是足以摧毀一座城市？
今天以色列有這樣的技術，相信也不是獨家。那麼美俄中、甚至伊朗北韓之流，是否理應也不難擁有？如果未來的恐怖份子也掌握這樣的技術，下一波9/11，又怎會是通過最原始的劫機方式製造大規模死傷？
所以這波襲擊的重要性已經遠超中東地區，對全世界都是一個 wake-up call。
事實是，無論是戰略兵推也好、學術分析也好、寫實小說也好，不少人都在預測下一波世界大戰的性質，根本就是一場電子作戰。誰掌握了最高技術，就可以通過按鈕獲勝。
例如我們介紹過的由前北約歐洲最高統帥撰寫的《2034全面開戰》，講述中國動用超級黑客，一秒癱瘓美軍第七艦隊的雷達系統，就這樣勝出大戰的第一仗（可以重溫有關文章）。

這次以色列的驚人行動，已經向全世界宣告上述電影、小說劇情，已經百分百可以在現實出現，任何國家都防不勝防。就算可以對核心戰略目標有效防禦，一般人民的通訊系統，怎樣也難敵國家級機器。差別是甚麼時候、由誰來發動第一次這類「智能襲擊」，然後才有可能因為出現非常慘烈的人道災難，令各國商討如何禁絕使用。「首發」的會否正是以色列？還是被以色列逼得全力還擊的伊朗？

If it is not one of your own then you need to make sure it is not a single point of failure, ie you have a variety of car brands on the road. A hacker can probably take control of a Tesla car, but as far as I know each cell in a Tesla is individually fused, so I don’t see how someone can just “blow it up”. A lot of things are doable in theory but far from easy, particularly at scale. The move-fast-and-break-things culture of these new tech guys are not security-minded first and foremost, all in a race against time to market. That has to change.

A pager is a very simple passive device, I am not even sure if there is that much to hack. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
