2024-12-19 07:47:07 +0000 UTC如果係問大家估計會唔會有制裁之類嘅後果，我可以理解。但係問有冇報應，我就實在覺得有啲無聊。點為之報應？食魚被魚骨哽親，定係出意外？希望做錯事嘅人受到懲罰、制裁係一回事，詛咒人哋受害就非常hateful

For example, if you speculate in the stock market, the cost is you are going to get a speculator’s results, but it doesn’t mean all speculators loses and it doesn’t mean they will necessarily lose everything. 出得嚟行，預咗要還。預咗啫。Nonetheless in the end most people get what they deserve. Human societies are based on trust, having a reputation (good or bad) goes a long way. If you are perceived to be honest and trustworthy, some opportunities and relationships will come your way and vice versa, and it has legs — you are more likely to behave in a similar way in the future, and the person may find people around him reciprocate such behaviour in his daily dealings, including his kids, spouse and associates, for good or bad. Life is a snowball, we live with the consequences of our actions in each and every way. In the words of Steven Pinker, “In humans, the talkative species, long-term reciprocity creates an arms race of impression management. Everyone tries to show signs of integrity (exceeding that in actual behaviour), while developing hypersensitive radar for such hypocrisy in others. Since an adversary's social radar will pick up any twitch or inconsistency that leaks the awful truth, it can even pay to deceive oneself about one's own intentions, so that there is nothing to leak”.

2024-12-16 19:21:28 +0000 UTC「報應」之說，難以證明，亦難以證偽，不如存而不論。反正如此制度，如此形勢，自然會有如此法官、如此律師，甘願「多行一步」、「做出貢獻」。結構已在，所謂「沒有他都會有別人」也。 換個角度看，這樣的「判決」可以有一次，自然可以有二三四五次。最終付出代價的，必是整個司法制度的公信力。
