He has to run Tesla, X, SpaceX, X.AI, Boring Co, Neurallink, play enough Diablo to become a top 20 player, send out 200 tweets a day, fight lawsuits, go after all the regulators in his businesses. When there is anything left he may choose to spend time with one of his 10 kids in the White House. The functioning of the US government is complex — there are more agencies than the number of days in a year. He is not going to take the time to understand all the work they do or why they are structured that way. He will care about a few of the agencies, and there are a few for show, rest of the casualties to him is just a giant collateral damage in the process.
