Yeah accept in that movie jodie’s mom’s boyfriend melvin actually was an alright dude minus his hood exterior funny that’s our mention baby boy tho a movie reviewer on YouTube I follow reviewed that movie and watching that made me think it b nice if Judah could give us a 3 dimensional breakdown of the film because whether intentionally or otherwise the director highlighted a lot of the issues and dynamics plaguing the “black” community especially in the “hood”

That’s a good point felon’s aren’t allowed to carry period but the defendant did mention that they stopped cause of witnesses and stated that they got past it so I interpret that to mean that the defendant chose not to get the police involved

I gotta agree Judah. Also I read a book on this year's ago. My guy Mike Palenski wrote a book called without embarrassment (I read it back in early 2005) . A woman is an emotionally enthusiastic creature first and foremost and they will not be cheated off of it. Meaning that women love ALL the feelings of the emotional spectrum. The good, the bad and the indifferent. It's perverse to men but it is what it is. Meaning you could be doing everything well in a relationship and she will find something to complain about. She naturally lives at least a little drama. Just like you mentioned brotha. But I think agents of chaos is also a good way of saying it. Like Chris Rock said in his stand up Never Scared- Women are always complaining about something, they save up shit to complain about. But great video again. I’m astonished at how much this applies, all I can say is the divine timing Heavenly Father is simply amazing. My brother and I were listening as I heard the intro and told him “yo he’s talking about us,” while he was in the middle of playing video games. our mom and her (you guessed it) “thug” boyfriend arrive. As COJ finished the part about a child being abused and the mother turning a blind eye or even worse disrespecting you for confiding in her, my bro put in his bluetooth headphones and started vacuuming. Context: We fell out for a few years about 5 years back after he clearly stole something of mine and lied about it when i confronted him. We had a female roommate who was a “friend” of our mom, who in retrospect was likely the catalyst for a big fight (around the same time as my bro stealing) between my mom and i which resulted in me being kicked out, no place to go but I ended up back with my pops at my grandma’s in my hometown. I found out shortly after leaving that my mom walked in on, and learned that this roommate was being intimate when she was getting black out piss yourself drunk off 1 or 2 beers with my brother who was underage at the time. Thankfully I have my own place and don’t have to crash here, but its easier on my commute and i’m trying to look out for my family with this clown ass white boy who is a wanna-be norteno gangbanger from the valley acting like he’s hood and playing country music in the shower while his car gets repo’d. sorry for the essay i just had to share
