The reports of forced mutations within the human population have caused a disturbance across the Greater Terran Union. With such sub-species increasingly likely as new, strange worlds are settled, a firm response must be decided now. What is to be done with the so called "human clarus?"

2018-09-06 00:03:46 +0000 UTCThe Wessari have limited citizenship (represented in-game as residence) and have literally never been rebellious. They're as good citizens as xenos can be. However, as we can see here about forty percent of voters range from mildly xenophobic to PURGE THE MUTANT, THE ALIEN, THE HERETIC. So not much room for reform.
