Coronation Ideas

I know a coronation event has been wanted for while, and i'm trying to plan out how I will make it today. If you guys have any ideas about how it could be done in the game (of course it will be an event, but I mean what the event will consist of), then please leave them in a comment on this post!
Just an fyi though, I would prefer to steer clear of custom animations since they take a very long time to make and never come out very good!

Especially if they could somehow all stand and cheer at the end (or performed an ending action.) The walking down the aisle, receiving the crown/sphere/scepter and cheering at the end have been the only common threads I've seen for coronation scenes

Maybe there could be a title for a priest with the authority to officiate the ceremony, or else a new thing that the court wizard could do, and they'd be the one to give the crown jewels? Or give that role to the advisor?

2020-07-10 10:27:55 +0000 UTCMaybe make it similar to a wedding event and to be crowned you either sit in a chair or stand in front of the wedding arches and you could make speech at the podium afterwards?

2020-07-09 10:41:21 +0000 UTCMaybe a combination of a special interaction for the throne chairs from the royalty mod to trigger the event where the chosen sim takes the seat and a podium from from the city living expansion for another sim to officiate, or maybe vise verser, and if you know how then maybe a custom npc or if not then have the option to manually select a sim to afficiate =)
