Translators Update Tomorrow

Will be uploading an update for translators tomorrow. It contains no new content but has new framework in place for easy translation.
I have made changes to how the string tables are set up and also deleted unnecessary/duplicate strings. Will go into it further in tomorrow's post.
Hopefully this update makes translating easier :)
