Royalty Mod 2.8 - Diplomacy Update

Hi again!
This month I've been playing some Total War and was inspired by some of the interactions surrounding the relations between countries.
This update adds diplomacy between worlds!

• Monarchs now have several new interactions on the ‘[LN] Correspondences Book’, to send Diplomatic letters to other monarchs. It will take around a day to hear back and have the relationship affected.
• These will either be good or bad, and will affect both the Monarch’s relationship with the other Monarch, plus it will affect the citizens of both worlds.
• Citizens interacting with a citizen from another world which has a negative diplomatic relationship with their Monarch will experience a penalty when trying to build the relationship, making it harder to get along.
  On the other hand, a good diplomatic relationship will do the opposite.
• Diplomacy relations are on a world by world basis, setting up the mod for some of the future features.
• There are several diplomatic relations stages;Great Relations
  Good Relations
  Neutral Relations
  Poor Relations
  Terrible Relations
  
• To complement the new Diplomacy feature, there is also a new career, ‘Diplomat’. This is a full time, 10 level career for any young adult to elder Sim. They will climb the ranks from intern to a foreign diplomat!

Folder Structure

I've set up the mods folder structure a little differently, and it requires some further installation from you.

I've included three different versions of auto-classes, PLEASE ONLY HAVE ONE OF THE OPTIONS IN YOUR MODS FOLDER.

• Cash & Lot Value: Designates the class traits based on the sims household cash AND their lot value.
• Cash Only: Designates the class traits based on the sims household cash ONLY.
• Lot Value Only: Designates the class traits based on their lot value ONLY.

This folder contains features of the mod which can be safely taken out if you don't want them in your game.

Side note: illiteracy has almost no effect on unplayed sims, as I've gotten this question quite a few times.
