Royalty Mod 2.8.8 (Permission to Marry Update)

Throughout history almost all royal households required their Monarch's blessing to marry, and now your sims do too!

This update allows you to choose if you'd like all royals, nobles and/or peasants to require the Monarch's permission before they propose.

If you enable this feature, there are higher and lower chances of the Monarch agreeing based on various factors.

For Royals:

Friendship higher than 90 with the Monarch, or...
Net worth higher than 250,000, or...
Net worth higher than 200,000 AND fame level 3, or...
Net worth higher than 125,000 AND fame level 4, or...
Net worth higher than 100,000 AND fame level 5.

For Nobles:

Friendship higher than 95 with the Monarch, or...
Net worth higher than 200,000, or...
Net worth higher than 150,000 AND fame level 3, or...
Net worth higher than 100,000 AND fame level 4, or...
Net worth higher than 75,000 AND fame level 5.

For Peasants:

Friendship higher than 98 with the Monarch, or...
Net worth higher than 15,000, or...
Net worth higher than 10,000 AND fame level 3, or...
Net worth higher than 7000 AND fame level 4, or...
Net worth higher than 5000 AND fame level 5.

Points For Marriage

Marriage between royals, nobles & peasantry will now give your sim achievement points too!
Largest being marriage between Royalty and Peasantry, followed by Nobility and peasantry, with Royalty marrying each other & Nobility marrying each other being the lowest amount (but still nothing to be unhappy about!)

Royal Romance Aspiration

There is also a new aspiration under the 'Royalty' section of the aspirations menu in CAS.
This aspiration will see your sim go from trying to make noble friends and break into their circle, to marrying the Royalty of their dreams! Great for a rags to royalty playthrough!
