A Little Update

This is just a little update on how things are going, but first: We may have just hit a new pledge goal. I'll have to wait and see if it sticks after payment, of course.
So, there's good news and bad news. The good news is, this month's Bonus Pairing is right on schedule, but... it's coming out long. Really long. Might-even-hit-18,000-words long. I'm seriously considering splitting it into two parts, which means that the altends won't be arriving until whenever the second part is posted with the conclusion.
I normally wouldn't do this, but it's already at 11k and I've still got three scenes to finish before the branching-off point. This was a bit overly ambitious, even for me.
Aside from that, things are coming along great! I'm going to start uploading sections of Lounging in Ecstasy either tomorrow or the day after for my $5 lovelies. My $4+ lovelies, meanwhile, are getting their Tumblr requests fulfilled—one with a flashfic about ghost harpies, one with a story about Larya meeting a lovely lamia.
I've finished both commissions I got over the summer, so expect those sometime in the fall when the hiatus ends! This August, the main focus is gonna be on the gamebook.
Also, I'm seriously starting to consider just more-or-less abandoning Literotica and focusing on MC Stories, because they're refusing to upload Chapter 3 of Honeymoon Manor until I upload Carol_J's Chapter 2 (and because they're just generally unhelpful to writers). Any thoughts on that?

Personally I do prefer having access to your stories on Literotica because that's the website I frequent the most for erotic reads, and I absolutely LOVE seeing whenever your work pops up in my tag search. But if Literotica is just being plain uncooperative, you do what you have to do ;) I would still encourage trying to post your work on the site though, since searching for GigglingGoblin Patreon was what led me here, and it could be the same for some others? Also thank you so so soooo much for introducing MC Stories and Carol_J! I have so much more material to indulge in now! <3

Literotica is infinitely more helpful when it comes to finding out what you want to read. In MC it's a lot of clicking around and very annoying to browse through. It wouldn't be a problem for me to find your stuff when i know it's there, but you might find it harder to attract new people. Or i might be wrong and it wouldn't matter at all. I just found you on Literotica, but i might be super-duper-unique in that regard ;)

2018-07-29 22:11:56 +0000 UTCI personally feel bad that I forget to keep checking Literotica to make sure I vote on every story since we get them all here now. If your tumblr is doing good for bringing in more pledges I’d say have enough stories on Lit to provide amble example of your writing to any potential new pledge from there. Too many times I hear how difficult Lit is being to authors, esp you. So I fully support if you decide to stop posting there because of it. As for the bonus parring being two parts, I would want to read it all at once so maybe once the 2nd part is finished have a ‘complete’ file along with the 2nd part by it self for anyone that wants to either wait to read it or just wants to read the conclusion (I’ve got no issues with paying twice or you posting it in two parts)

2018-07-29 21:31:58 +0000 UTCI would say that if Literotica isn't being helpful or accommodating than its a fine idea to consider moving away from the platform because they aren't doing their job anymore. Really looking forward to see how Lounging in Ecstasy progresses, the prologue was fantastic!
