Happy New Year!
Added 2023-01-06 22:21:25 +0000 UTCHello, my lovelies! I hope you all have a pleasant New Year's Eve. I've taken the last few weeks off for Christmas, Boxing Day, my birthday, my partner's birthday, and sheer holiday fatigue.
This was a year.
I'm asking for feedback and general "reader vibes" down at the bottom, by the way, if you'd like to leave your thoughts!
Anyhoo--
I'm in a bit of a writing lull right now--the holidays were a wild time, and my sleep schedule's been fifty shades of wonky lately, and that tends to feed back around to kill my productivity. Sleep is important.
... is what I wrote five days ago when I started trying to draft this post. So, yeah, getting things done was difficult. The good news, I've fixed half of the sleep schedule! I've got "early to rise" down. As for the other half...
Anyways, I'm back to the grindstone, working on Bunnygirl vs. Siren. It's lots of fun so far! I really have missed building a new world. After that, I have some commissions to intermingle with personal projects like flashfics, Minding Her Manor, Guests of the Mapleseed, and Intrepid Pawns, among others.
There likely won't be a full update this Saturday--maybe some flashfics, but don't hold your breath. I missed the first two workdays of January, so I'd be surprised if Bunnygirl vs. Siren is completed before next week.
The Coming Year
So, let's try a little review of what I have planned for this year.
I'd really like to work more on the series--wrap up Intrepid Pawns at long last, maybe resume With Silver Bells and get the Alrek/Larya story moving again. I hope to keep up with my Bonus Pairings, take on some new commissions, and, if I can, make a return to Tumblr.
In general, my goal is to manage around 3-4 updates a month, around 15,000-20,000 words. I want to keep up with the ERPs and polls as best I can.
I won't overpromise, but I'm really optimistic! My mental health practices are the best they've been since university. Things won't be perfectly consistent, but I think they'll be a lot better.
That said, on the financial side, my situation is getting a little tight. The Patreon isn't really keeping up with inflation, and where it's stabilized leaves me kind of at a fine point. It's possible I may bring the bulk of pledge tiers up a tidge sometime during the year.
If I do, it won't be more than a dollar or two at absolute most! Maybe the $5 tier goes up to $6, and the $9 tier goes up to $11. We'll see if I have to, and I'll give plenty of advance notice.
Your Thoughts
So, hey, it's a new year. What do you want me to focus on? Where do you want this to go? How do you feel about a possible small increase? All opinions are welcome here.
Comments are really helpful to me. They are to any creator, even if all you have to say is, "Hey, this is good." It's nice to know that what I'm writing is liked. When there's heavy radio silence, I just sort of assume the story isn't popular, only to find people asking me a year later, "Hey, why didn't you continue that fic I loved?"
So, what's going well, and what's going poorly? What are you hoping for in the New Year?
Comments
Thank you so much! I'm glad you're enjoying the hypno content--I hope to include more "grounded" (maximum quotations on that) hypnosis techniques here and there from now on! So more triggers, suggestions, fractionation.

2023-01-14 20:25:33 +0000 UTCHonestly as a long time lurker, I had to demote my tier since moving out on my own, but a small price increase would be more than manageable. As for what I think you're doing well, the recent Honey Belle blew me out of the water. Always love the thraie and the memory play was really hot. Plus the "jack off" trigger in that story and the recent stuff with Brist and now Gretel has awakend something new in me. Learn something new everyday I guess. But for real not all your content is for me but it doesn't have to be! I'm not that into tongue stuff but that doesn't mean others aren't (as I've seen from these comments). So keep up the good work and good luck!

2023-01-11 04:34:37 +0000 UTCInflation has been horrible and if anyone deserves a raise, it’s most certainly you. Everything you’ve written has been amazing and I can’t pick a favorite with so many to pick from. The ones that come to mind first are only because they get more spotlight. If I absolutely had to pick a favorite, I think I’d say Candy-Coated Damnation as someone else mentioned it and oh my is that one phenomenal, Succubi have always been a favorite for me, and you do so many different types I never know what to expect even when I know there’s Succubi. This past year you took a leap and created a new setting, and I can’t wait to read more about it. Everything about the new setting to the bunnygirls was perfectly written. Hell even when you write a kink I’m not into like tickling, the story/series is amazing (nothing against the kink, I simply don’t like being tickled) The only series I’ve had trouble following has been Intrepid Pawns but even that is only because there are so many characters and you’ve been writing it for almost 8 years. I fully intend on binge reading the whole series once you finish it because it’s a great, epic series and as far as I can remember it’s the first time we see honeycow triggers and we definitely need more of that. I hope you have a great year and I look forward to reading anything/everything you write for us <3
