Should I Start a Discord Server?
Added 2023-05-02 15:40:31 +0000 UTCHello, my lovelies! I had to take today off writing, so I'm filling my empty morning with management and bookkeeping stuff instead.
So, I have a question for all of you. I've been thinking for some time about starting up a Discord server. The focus of the server would be on talking about the stories and settings I write, as well as, potentially, conversations on the general hypnosmut community and the work of writing itself.
I think it could be nice to to have easier communication with readers, and it might lead to getting a stronger flow of ideas and feedback from y'all, which would be lovely--especially when I'm dealing with something like today's case of writer's block.
That said, I'm not sure if anyone would, well, join it, let alone use it, and starting up a server that turns into a ghost town would be an awful lot of work.
