This mod allows your sims to turn their hobbies into a career. The showtime menu will help you become rich and famous but you still have to put in your own personal work. You can work at your own pace and even plan out your events. You will be able to make money, earn fame, and quit whenever you are over it.

Like for the 52 days of child and teen life on the Long life stage have sims age up every 5 days. So when they hit child stage they are 7 and every 4 or 5 days they age up a year until they hit the teen stage at 13. Then in teen stage they age across 52 days from 13 to 20 and become young adults. Then as young adults and adults they have a time span of 96 days sims can have birthdays like every 6 days or something from 20 - 35 & 35 - 50. Then as elders they age up in their 40 day life stage they age up every 2 days until they die.
