Had to miss group therapy today, but I鈥檒l definitely be there next month, I鈥檓 having some struggles this month and overwhelmed, but I鈥檒l see you next month, and it鈥檒l right after my birthday, so hopefully I will be in a better head space! I hope you, and all the group therapy friends, old and new, are doing well!!
