Status Update for Mid-June

Story & Beta

Julian's entire route is now fully rough-drafted! WOOOOO! It's a big milestone because it has been a very challenging write.

Next, I'll be picking a couple of paths to work on for the next beta and start heavy editing on those paths.

Hopefully next weekend (??) I might have something ready for a beta. 

It depends heavily on my schedule. My newborn nephew is still in the hospital (doing well!), so I haven't been able to spend as much time on the game as I would normally this month so far. :(

But progress being made regardless!

My current hopeful plan is that Julian's route story may be finished by the end of July, and fingers-crossed I will have Brandon's route planned by then too.

Sprites

Sebastian's new sprite is finally finished!!!! Look at this bashful boi~ :D

Alexander's sprite is next (should be quicker because the boys are twins), and then Julian's will be third.

CGs

All of Sebastian's CGs should be done for the July update! Some previews below.

Unfortunately, Julian's route will be lacking in CGs in the next update (sorry!) because:

A) Julian has a dragon tattoo (it's mentioned twice during the game) that will be designed by the sprite artist. A few of the first CGs I wanted to work on first were at the pool scene in the beginning of his route, which would involve his shirt off. So some early CGs need to wait until the sprite is finished so the tattoo is consistent.

B) The artists have been focused on finishing Sebastian up.

C) I needed to finish the route draft to plan out the CGs. ^_^;

There are currently 6 more remaining CGs currently in progress for Sebastian. These will be the last ones for his route.

There will also be a handful of new backgrounds, as always.
